Terms and Conditions for the Service of Entry Permit to Egypt via Cairo Airport "Airport Coordination" (Regular - Non-Urgent)

• The processing time for the security approval is between 15 to 30 days.

• Travel must occur after receiving the approval and purchasing the airline ticket at least 7 days before the desired travel date (for issuing the telegram).

• Travel is only allowed on EgyptAir or any other approved Egyptian airline (after confirmation from our company to ensure smooth boarding).

• The validity of the security approval is 45 days from the date of issuance after the company informs you of the approval.

• The duration of stay in Egypt is 30 days (1 month).

• Any fines after the legal stay period in Egypt are the responsibility of the traveler, and the company is not liable for them.

• The application process starts after receiving the bank transfer.

Required:

• A copy of your passport or travel document.

• A copy of your residence permit in the country where you reside.

• Specify the airport from which you will travel.

• A round-trip airline ticket (after receiving the security approval).

Price: 250 Euros or the equivalent.

• You have the right to cancel only if your approval is not issued, and within 30 days from the transaction date. A fee of 50 Euros or the equivalent will be deducted as an administrative fee, and the remaining amount of 200 Euros or the equivalent will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made.

• If the applicant is rejected by the security authorities, 50 Euros or the equivalent will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the same bank account or card used for payment.

Important Note:

• If the applicant is on the (Egypt entry ban list) by any Egyptian security authority, the relevant authorities have the right to return them without providing reasons. The traveler will bear any costs resulting from this decision, and the company, "Watan Company," is not responsible for any related financial or moral losses.

The applicant acknowledges that the Egyptian authorities may refuse the coordination request without providing reasons and agrees that they may change the arrival airport or issue other instructions and procedures without any responsibility on the company.

Additionally, the applicant acknowledges that airport authorities have the right to refuse entry upon arrival at the airport, even if the security approval has been granted and the telegram has been sent to the airline, without providing reasons. In this case, the company ("Watan Company" - "Your Representative Company") is not responsible for any material or moral losses, as the company is merely a mediator for submitting the request and follow-up.

In this case, the applicant has no right to request a refund for the approval fee or any other costs from "Watan Company" or "Your Representative Company."
